When I first joined WP Sessions, I only had one goal: to give myself the self-love I have neglected over the years. And doc Wing gave me a new perspective to tackle this goal.
More than building muscles and losing excess weight, I found a kinder approach to self: body awake yoga, which for me, is the best form of self-love.
